Tokenomics
BelizeChain operates a dual currency system — DALLA for network operations and governance, bBZD for stable everyday transactions pegged to the Belize Dollar.
How It Works
DALLA — Native Token
The native utility token of BelizeChain. Used for transaction fees, validator staking, governance voting, and smart contract execution.
bBZD — Stablecoin
Pegged 1:1 to the Belize Dollar. Designed for everyday commerce, government payroll, and stable-value transactions across the network.
Economy Pallet
Manages token minting, burning, transfers, and the treasury. Enforces the bBZD peg and handles conversion between the two currencies.
Staking Rewards
Validators earn DALLA through Proof of Useful Work. Rewards are distributed per era, incentivizing honest participation and useful compute contributions.
BelizeX DEX
The on-chain decentralized exchange enables DALLA/bBZD trading with liquidity pools, ensuring market-driven price discovery.
Governance Weight
DALLA holders participate in on-chain governance. Voting weight is proportional to stake, with conviction multipliers for longer lock-up periods.
