The GEM is BelizeChain's smart contract platform powered by ink! 5.1.1 and pallet-contracts. It provides the contract suite, DeFi primitives, security libraries, and seamless runtime integration. The contract suite remains under active audit — check the GEM repository for the latest audit status.

• BelizeX: A decentralized exchange with automated market making (AMM).
• Security & Standards: Includes PSP22 (fungible), PSP34 (NFT), and the new PSP37 (multi-token) standards, along with full access control libraries.
• Cross-Pallet Integration: Smart contracts can directly interact with all 19 BelizeChain pallets, allowing them to utilize DALLA/bBZD, Nawal AI predictions, Kinich Quantum randomness, and Pakit storage proofs.
